I am building my ‘First Time’ Play List. This is what I have so far. If you can add anymore please let me know. Doing anything for the First Time, particularly when it comes to property investing, is a big deal. A key moment in time, that changes how you think about your future and what you want from life.

  1. For the first time – The Script, the band talks about going back to the basics and experiencing raw moments with others that make it like meeting for the first time.
  2. First time – By Kygo ft & Ellie Goulding, a nostalgic track reminiscing young love.
  3. For the first time in forever in Frozen, Anna expresses her delight in finally seeing people gather in the castle for the first time for her sister’s coronation.
  4. The first time – John Legend, the song expresses his emotions in finally feeling alive and free.
  5. Get it right the first time – Billy Joel talks about the importance of getting it right the first time by making a good first impression on someone. Seize the moment and make the most of your opportunity, just like you should when first time property investing!
  6. For the First Time – Kenny Loggins (Thank you Lila Frome for this suggestion). A 1996 song from the 1996 film One Fine Day starring Michelle Pfeiffer and George Clooney.
  7. First Time Ever I Saw Your Face – Roberta Flack (Thank you Maureen McGrath for this suggestion). Originally a 1957 folk song written by Ewan MacColl for Peggy Seeger, who later became his wife, to sing. At the time, the couple were lovers, although MacColl was married to someone else. It became a major international hit for Roberta Flack in 1972.
